Five minutes a day will literally reverse your age. Here’s the flow you see on screen: • Pump stretch – full-body opener. Hamstrings, spine, shoulders, wrists, hands. Wakes everything up. • Lizard reaches – deep into the hips, psoas, and cross-body lines. This is huge for back pain. • Deep squat twists – ankles, hips, thoracic spine, neck. This is posture medicine. • Crab pulses – shoulders, chest, core, glutes, wrists. Counteracts sitting. • Windshield wipers – spinal reset. Twist the junk out.
