Perseus: classical Greek and Latin texts to browse, search, analyze online | DH Pill 9-en

Perseus is an ongoing open digital classics project. This is its added value: it si a constellation of connected research projects (digital library, canon, parsing tools, treebanking, dictionaries, commentaries and counting). Data and software are released with an open license (open source). This is why most of the digital classics research is founded on its data (take Diogenes as an exmaple), while proprietary corpora, though useful today, are in fact a dead end for research.
