Hachioji Summer Festival 2 (八王子市の夏祭　二番目)

Hachioji, a town in the western Tokyo suburbs, has a large summer festival at the end of every July. The city's downtown area near its namesake train station is blocked off and for an entire Sunday evening turns into one of the best places to see Japanese traditions on display.
