An Ubuntu Mate / mate-tweak Bug That We Should Fix

For my regular viewers, this video is simply to show the developers of mate-tweak what exactly is going on with a bug that came out of the blue in I believe ubuntu mate 17.04 (though I never tried 16.10 and can't remember if this only started with 17.10) where you can't switch categories with the screen reader.
