Reality TV Star Spencer Pratt Announces Bid for L.A. Mayor

On Wednesday, Spencer Pratt, star of the MTV reality show “The Hills,” announced that he would be challenging Mayor Karen Bass in the June election. Mr. Pratt became an outspoken critic of California’s liberal leaders after his home burned down in the Palisades fire last year.
