Mamdani Declares Victory in N.Y.C. Mayoral Primary

Zohran Mamdani, a state lawmaker from Queens, celebrated with his supporters at a party in Long Island City. The result was not final but he declared victory in the primary after former Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo conceded the race.
