New York’s Plan to Slow Down Reckless Drivers

Under a proposal from Governor Kathy Hochul, New York City could implement Intelligent Speed Assistance (I.S.A.) devices in the vehicles of drivers who have accumulated more than 16 speeding violations in a year.
