Ornstein explains why Semenyo was allowed to play against Tottenham

Antoine Semenyo is set to complete his long-awaited move from Bournemouth to Manchester City. Ahead of what is expected to be his last game, David Ornstein explained the agreement between City and Bournemouth that allowed Semenyo to play for Andoni Iraola's side against Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham before his move.
