3D printed internet radio (yoRadio + HexiBox Micro T-Line derivative)

I built a 3d printed internet radio using two 2-inch speakers. The results are pleasing to the eye but a bit sore for the ears. I'm questioning those who claim that their custom-built 2-inch speakers sound good. Perhaps the fact that it's a DIY project tends to cloud clarity of one's hearing and capacity for critical assessment? What do you think? The enclosure is a custom redesign of HexiBox Micro T-Line in FreeCAD.
