I didn't think that folk would want to hear pretty much the same songs again, so I committed to doing a whole new set. My initial idea was to do a Longford semi-improv pice - but I'm not quite wired for that. I would have needed more time than I had to get anything worth playing to folk together. So I needed up writing a couple of new pieces, and grabbing some work in progress snippets and buffing them up a bit, and using a piece that I;d only played once at the Hull EMOM last year. It still wasn't sitting quite where I wanted it, so I decided to grab two tracks of the Mirlo/jam.coop exclusive EP and see if I could do them live. And that worked well. So - 10 tracks, 9 which had never been heard outside of Studio Gribbly.
