My Daily Use 486 Build - Part 3

Welcome to part three (the final episode) of my adventures building a 486 for my daily gaming use! It’s one thing to cobble a bunch of parts together on a test bench, but it’s another to build a properly functioning AT tower system. In this episode I go over some of the more practical aspects of building old AT systems including power supplies, cabling, batteries, and I/O connectivity. After I get the system built, I have a look at the monitor, speakers and peripherals. And finally, I try out a few of my favorite classic DOS games on the system.
