Elecrow M1 and M5 meshtastic radios - a first look

Elecrow sent me a couple of their LORA mesh radios to take a look at. These are officially called the ThinkNode M1 Walkie-Talkie and ThinkNode M5 Walkie-Talkie They come pre-configured for Meshtastic, but can also be used on Meshcore and other similar LORA based mesh protocols.
