International Meeting to Practice Deliberative Democracy - Anonymized

This is an anonymized rendering of a recorded event hosted by the Deliberative Democracy Collective. Shotcut was used to generate a rough transcript from the original audio. Then, after manually checking through the transcript to make it as accurate as possible, RH Voice, TTS Util, and SherpaTTS were used to generate each participant's speech. The animations were attempted in Blender but ended up being thrown together in GIMP and Shotcut instead, because... I didn't realize how difficult it would be to learn how to do 2D animation in Blender. Hope it is clear enough which character is speaking at which times. This is a first cut and subtitle tracks in many languages are to come in a future cut if others would like that. But I wanted to get this out as soon as possible to those who are interested in revisiting the event as is for now.
