Peugeot 2008 Daylight Savings doesn't work

My car is supposed to set its clock automatically, using the network except it doesn't work properly. The time is an hour behind and the option to manually set DST is disabled. If I manually set the clock it's OK, but then if I turn automatic setting back on, the time resets to being an hour behind even though the timezone is somewhat correct. There also seems to be no way to set the correct timezone.
