Skillshare should be shut down
"Skillshare is a platform where you can take classes, watch video lessons, create projects, and teach your own skills." But really, it's just a glorified YouTube, if YouTube was a platform for educational content only and cost money to subscribe to. Many companies have started implementing forced arbitration clauses into their terms of service, and Skillshare is no exception. Forced arbitration is a predatory clause on its own, but Skillshare's method of enforcement is arguably much worse than most companies that employ these practices. You can only opt out by deleting your account, which you cannot do, because there is no option to delete your account on any page I have been able to locate. This clause also applies to any infraction Skillshare might have committed against you in the past before the clause comes into effect.
