Searching Joplin notes with llamafile

I have been playing with 100% local AI agents with llamafile for a bit now, and one of the things I wanted to try the most was search and aggregation of information from my Joplin notes. I have been using Joplin for many years now and, as I started using it after migrating my notes from Evernote, I now have tens of thousands of them. I wanted to build a tool that did not just search for notes, but also extracted relevant information from them and used that information to provide a final response.
