Finding an apartment with friends is exciting—until it’s time to decide who gets which room and how much rent each person should pay. What if one room is bigger, while another has a better view or more sunlight? In this video, we explore a fair and mathematically rigorous solution to the room allocation and rent division problem using game theory and mechanism design.
