The Fibrovisor

Turning a dollar store fibre optic wand into a low resolution display. The odd layout at the driven end is to maximise the brightness and refresh rate. The whole display can be refreshed in just 4 row updates, which means it's capable of 90,000 frames per second (at an extremely low resolution, admittedly). I thought I could use this for a volumetric display, but it turned out to be more stiff and fragile than I'd hoped. Instead it's just a curiosity.
