Tapeshnik Pt.6: R/W Head and Speed Problems

I installed R/W head and demonstrate how it is attached, together with servo actuator that lifts it up and down. I run tests that show that tape traction velocity is not very stable. I suggest several improvements that may improve tape speed stability: increase rotor mass, implement current feedback for FOC control and even consider changing the kinematics. Even without improvements things are looking hopeful because I can use a dedicated clock track.
