Quest Nº 6 Start to rebuild [Retired IOR boat refit]

Sv Oiysh is a 1985 Bruce Farr design, 40 foot, Australian build retired racing boat. We started a first major refit in October of 2019 after realizing that, what we thought was a simple case of a leaking stuffing box, was actually a much bigger issue. After spending over 2 weeks getting access, removing, dismantling and destroying in this quest we finally get to the rebuilding stage.
