Milling steel again

Milling SECC steel on a hobby machine is a task that can fail easily. This video shows cutting parameters it can work with on soft machines like mine. Unlike [this video](https://makertube.net/w/jbtp1jvVi2GLvJq1GdhmgF), the machine now sounds much more relaxed. Cutter is getting hand warm only and chips do look good. Machined surface is even and smooth.
