Electricloud Recordings: Introducing Several Mice

15-year-old Iranian-born British producer Kasra Tehrani has had some unique opportunities and gain a surprising amount of insight, for someone his age. Inspired by the sounds of '90's UK experimental electronic dance music, but also by the connections he feels for both Iran and the UK, Tehrani inauspiciously made his first dozen or so mixtapes by himself, at his parents home in Shoreditch, London, using a cassette recorder he picked up at a second hand shop, and a set of drum machines borrowed from a friend. His impressive mix of ambient and analog acid invoke an early Aphex Twin feel with just a hint of Persian flavour. Originally uploaded to YT 2017-05-28.
