Accessibility: It's not Rocket Science

But why aren’t companies prioritizing accessibility and why do teams struggle to make accessible products? The answer is actually much simpler than you might think. Paul Lumsdaine, an accessibility advocate and Senior Lead User Experience Designer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, talks about how information architects, including designers and researchers, will pave the way to a more accessible future. **ABOUT PAUL** Paul Lumsdaine is research and design ops lead in Enterprise Business Information Services at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He makes products and services more accessible and usable for everyone by leading research and design across multi-disciplinary teams. Over the past 20 years, he has leveraged human-centered approaches to design in order to inform business strategy and technical decisions.
