Norstar: A history of Northern Telecom's office phone products

Here we get into Northern Telecom's history, with a focus on their office telephone products, and how they individually impacted the market at their time. Context of Norstar's introduction and how it took the world by storm is provided. Finally, a description of the capabilities of each Norstar model is given. The next part will be a physical overview of my Norstar 6x16 PBX and the two phones I bought to use with it.
