Fulham Workhorse 2 electronic instant start fluorescent lamp ballast

Edited on Valentines Day, because I love you guys (and school was cancelled and I had nothing better to do on a Friday night). This seems to be pretty decent as far as cheap electronic ballasts go. Stay tuned for some fun lamp frying in the next video! In an attempt to reduce the file size of my videos, I rendered this video with half the bitrate I usually use, cutting what would have been an 800 MB file down to only 250 MB. I notice no reduction in apparent quality, but if you guys do, feel free to let me know.
