#15 Fixing aliexpress USB-C connector (severing connection between CC1 and CC2 lines)

I've done a video about getting 5V out of USB type C in the past, and I briefly mentioned that it needs to have 5.1k pulldown resistor on each of CC1 and CC2 lines.
