Even more Updates to Raw Microphone output to TV using M5Stack Core ESP32 and RCA Module

Changed the A to D resolution, which caused a small change to how it was mapped to the display. This caused the "wave" form to be larger, it also looks like more like lines (I like it). It also displays better with lower volumes.
