Memory for a dead stranger

Late in 2007 I wanted to ask a person a question about some information on his website that I only knew from his website. I then learned, that this person had died already in 2004... This video is an answer to the impact that this - completely unexpected - reply had on me. The text below was initially meant to become a song, now it is a poem that is framed by the video; the video was filmed in january 2008 in Miami (South Beach). The soundtrack is made with three different theremin-voices (Etherwave Pro Theremin), one is the original voice with a little reverb added, the other two are different voices that have additionally been modified with the Trash-plugin. The underlying drumline imitates a heartbeat (hopefully ;o).
