Got another GE CB radio (But not without its own problems!)

So I got another GE 3-5979C on eBay, and when it arrived, it looked pretty good, and as it was described in the listing - until I opened up the battery compartment. Shortly after this was filmed, I (think I) successfully diagnosed the fault in my radio. Details in the next video to come.
