"Ich ruf zu dir" BWV 639 (J.S. Bach)

"Ich ruf zu dir, Herr Jesu Christ" ( "I call to you, Lord Jesus Christ") is a choral song from Bach's "Orgellbüchlein" ("Little Organ Book") which comprises BWV 599-644 in Bach's catalogue. The guitar version presented here is a transcription/arrangement made by french guitarist Gérard Abiton and published by "Éditions Fougeray". I was used to play this piece on guitar in Philip Hii's version published by "Guitar Solo Publications". The Abiton version adds a bit more ornamentation and shifts the bass in some parts but overall is quite similar and just a tad more challenging to play.
