All about Maxtor 'slimline' hard drives

Just about everything you would want to know about these unique hard drives - the different models and their history, why I love them so much, and you'll get to hear 5 of them spin up, in both a normal setting and as if you held your ear against the drive. As you can plainly hear, I've GOT to quit using the tape on which I recorded this video. It is one of the two original tapes that came with my camcorder in 2005, and it's so stretched and worn out it's pathetic.
