Breslov Chassidim in Jerusalem

Sorry for the sound distortion, but it was very, very loud... In this video, there are Breslov Chassidim shown on a traffic light. They got out of the car and started dancing between the waiting cars. Large loudspeakers are mounted on the roof of the car. They played songs, maybe praising god and or Rabbi Nachman.
