Today they are a living time capsule of Victorian horticulture, with walled gardens, wild woodlands, subtropical plantings, and the famous Mud Maid and Giant’s Head sculptures. Both a restoration project and a thriving landscape, Heligan captures the romance of history reclaimed by nature and brought back to life.
