Confectionery jamboree: Decibalrus (credits in description)

Element: Sound Class: Outerworlders Origin: Walrus, speaker, cyborgs Name origin: Decible, walrus Sound: Wild card (comes out of his throat speaker) Gender: Male Bio: While we were stuck in this cell, Decibalrus and I got to know each other a bit more. As it turns out, he signed a contract to get the boombox's body back in exchange that they'd locate the one who caused him to become a cyborg in the first place. But the contact he signed allowed the boombox to copy all of Decibalrus' information to make as many colnes of him as they wanted. I also learned that my creation Venodusa attempted to kill him.
