Diet: Herbivore Class: Specimens Origin: Didinium Name origin: Didinium, yap Sound: Synth yap (it whistles) Bio: At first it was believed that the Didinyap was a carnivore given all the microbes that were inside it, but it was later found that it was actually housing the creatures. The water back then was highly acidic, so much that the organisms erode in a matter of seconds, except for one. That one was the Didinyap, they absorbed the acids and would turn them into nutrients for themselves while occasionally feeding on any algae they come across. They were the biggest cells in the primordial soup, the other microbes would willingly be sucked as the water was safe to swim in and thrive. If it wasn't for the Didinyap, we wouldn't be here today.
