It was forged by a blacksmith in this city known as Hephaestus as a gift to his king Orro Templani for his colosseum, but was rejected in favour of the Chimeramal. Fueled with wrath, and envy, Hephaestus swore revenge on the Central syndicate for taking his one chance of fame away.
