The good news is that I was able to find my ship, the bad news is that it's damaged beyond repair. I've tried everything I can to repair it, but it was no use, It seems like I'll have to call my uncle if I have any chance of salvaging this thing. Krashbitt informed me that it was because a meteor had crashed into the ship on the way here, which is a shame, I made a ton of modifications and upgrades and they ended up being for nothing.
