They're the main residents of the tundra and have built their society around building and crafting. They make all kinds of things from buildings, weapons, machines etc. and have been commissioned by the animal kingdom and beyond to work in their factories. Though their main customer is the titular Nicholaus commissions them to gifts for all residents in the galaxy waging from toys to more sentimental stuff.
