lore: The mountainous region is the coldest part of the mainland. However, that hasn't detoured some monsters from making it their home. They visit the same hunting and fishing grounds every year and farm when in the summer to stock up on food for the winter. They tell stories every night around campfires and make their homes out of snow, wood, and seatacean bones. The tundra is also home to the monster known as Nicholaus, He delivers presents to all monsters in the galaxy over the course of twelve days, leading to the creation of the giftsgiving holiday.
