According to my research, they can erode flesh in a matter of seconds and then use the bones of their prey to support their liquid based bodies. They reside in the acid reefs on planet Organterra, a biome made up of giant acid pools contained in basins made of pure bone with the occasional pieces of bone poking out of the acid.
