He allowed the people to come for free on the condition that they come to his performances in the resort's underground night club and race track every Saturday night. Some other things he included (aside from rooms) are a bowling alley, an arcade, an aquarium, a waterpark, a boat race track, a normal race track, a swimming pool, a kid's play area, a restaurant, an airport and some villas.
