SR-2000 - Aerial Symphony single

The fourth and final promotional single for my upcoming EP/mini-album Elemental Symphonies. It's themed around air/wind. This track is notable for it's extensive use of the Mellotron, after dabbling with it on both Terra Symphony and Ancient Alien Soundscapes/Black Hole P-Funk from the S.A.M. album. I wanted it to have this big symphonic sound, but as I can't afford an orchestra, this is the next best thing. This track was influenced by the post-rock band Godspeed You! Black Emperor, in particular their track "Storm" from their seminal 2000 album Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven. I wanted the track to start with a calm, mediative vibe before gradually building to a cinematic crescendo. The B-side Poor Old Wondereyes, like Another Teal World before it, samples from an Librivox recording, this time the short story "Minnie's Owl" by Grace Greenwood. I thought it worked well with the calm, hazy, and melancholic vibe of the instrumental. Speaking of which, I've previously use
