Donnas-Discussions-Episode 24 - How Canceled Appointments affect Me

From time-to-time my psychologist and I have to cancel our appointments. Sometimes it's my schedule that messes things up and I can't make it; sometimes things happen on her end What I'm trying to convey is that *I like birds* :) In reality I'm trying to use what The Meadows refers to as **"Talking Points"** In particular for this video it's of the form "This thing happened; This is how that feels to me" It's not about blame or shame, it's as simple as How things *feel*.
