Keri's Baby Steps with... Commodore 64!
Firing up the Commodore 64C I borrowed from my friend, and punching the code from my @FranLab T-shirt in. A good opportunity to explain what these lines do... because people kept asking Fran about it all the time, and like she said, it's pretty self-explanatory. JFGI, people... To me, having had my first steps with computers in the '90s using an IBM PC XT (later AT), it's all pretty alien but I'm learning. On my way to code something that'll display a big "Hellorld!" on the screen as a tribute to @UsagiElectric Keritech lab gremlins were at it again, breaking audio feed in two scenes, so making this video took some editing and the sequence of events might seem illogical. Sharing my big bench upgrade project. I had two days of work on it, adding an installation channel with sockets and all those custom modules, and an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection mat which also helps against losing those pesky little buggers when I do some SMD work.
