Day 99 - playing clean

Some years ago, I had subscribed to Nate “80/20 Drummer” Smith's coaching course. The first exercise had blocked me and I left it untouched. As these 100 days of practice come to an end, I feel the desire to go back to it, and it seems I will get the motivation to go through it. The exercise is boringly difficult because all two hand and foot have to be exactly together, and the skipped note before them removes a natural support for them. Each of the four variations had to be played for 5 minutes. For the recording, I intended to play 4 or 8 bars of each.
