Making of Klingenbutler

In this video I run my CNC through Bamboo, creating another prototype for Klingenbutler. Context: https://blog.schallbert.de/klingenbutler/ This is V1.1 - biggest manufacturing issue are charred drill holes when using the 4mm 2flute-cutter in milling mode. I should have used a drill cycle or smaller bits. The video does not show the drill cycle for smaller holes. I cut them with a 2-flute 2mm wood bit.
