PJ5 - 05 -CPU Clock & Program Counter

Hooked up the PJ5 Cloc module to the Program Counter module and it's running a treat. we can go from 2mHz (yes 2 milli hertz) to 4Mhz. Have single step and pause functions as well as reset the program counter https://pj5cpu.wordpress.com/
