Test "tornado" rotation of particles in the surface of a sphere

First test was about rotating particles in a middle ring of a sphere. This test is about rotating particles around one end of the sphere, with variable velocity, and temporary implosion. This is just a particle transformation test, to be applied on 3D objects, not particles.
