Some CircuitPython MIDI Tinkering

I'm starting a CircuitPython MIDI project so this was my first go at getting MIDI data flowing. There's a tiny button on a tiny tiny breadboard and the pot is affecting pitch bend. Not how it will be set in it's final iteration but I was excited to get everything up and running so quickly.
