Writing Floppy with 1541-II

Writing a floppy with one of my 1541-II using a XUM1541. It starts these reseeks around track 16, and continues doing them. I'm not sure if they are normal. Also, it stops writing around track 28, at 70% according to CBMTransfer. Drive status is "00, OK,00,00".
